General Manager and Human Resources Officer

Diversity Microfinance is a non-deposit-taking firm that has been in operation for over five years; with increased business opportunities, the firm desires to expand its talent by hiring a General Manager and Human Resources Officer. The General Manager will be responsible for the firm’s day-to-day management with a keen focus on credit risk management, service delivery, business development, market share, profitability, and human resource management. HR Officer will be responsible for all human resources activities that include resourcing, development, retention, and staff engagement.
Job Minimum Requirements
 A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field coupled with at least five years’ hands-on experience gained in a busy microfinance institution.
 Demonstrated competencies working with tight schedules and a fast-paced environment
 Executional knowledge of microfinance lending, credit risk, legal and operations.
